We do not require that you give us any information about yourself until you decide to place an order or request a booking. The information we collect about you is used only to process orders and bookings.

Becoming a Registered User of relaxat.life will involve submitting the following personal information: First Name, Last Name, E-mail address, phone number and delivery address. Registration is necessary to process your order. Without this information we will be unable to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order or request. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass your name, delivery address and telephone number information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

If, for any reason, you are unsure about personal and account information we hold in your name, and you would like to review or revise the information we have in your account, you may access such information by clicking on the "My Account" link. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone and we will happily review it and process any necessary updates.

 

2. Service Consultation Form. The information you provide for this form will be specific to the booking request you have made and all this information will be held in the strictest confidence.

 

3. Financial Security, including Credit Card details. We use Wix and PayPal to process the payments and have no access to your credit card details.

At Vita Relaxat we have put in place the following controls to safeguard your privacy:

• We only share your customer account information with those that perform functions such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, investigating fraudulent activity, conducting customer surveys, and providing customer service. They only have access to the necessary personal information they need to perform their functions.

• Every Vita Relaxat employee and managed service provider is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement as part of their Terms of Employment or Engagement with Beauty Agents. This requires them to treat all information about Vita Relaxat clients and customers in the strictest confidence except that which is in the public domain.

• Our confidentiality clauses and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updated as required to further protect your personal data. A selection of your personal information is stored on servers owned by other companies. Only Vita Relaxat have the right to access this information.
